Two days to celebrate
Prophet S.A.W said: Allah has given us two days to celebrate, Adha and Fitr, so leave all other days that you used to celebrate before. (Sunan Abi Dawood)
Also Prophet S.A.W forbade us to celebrate occasions being celebrated by non-believers.(Sunan Nasai)
So please please do not wish and celebrate New Year, Christmas, Basant, Deewali, April Fool, Valentines Day and other events and greetings which are not a part of Islam.
